Kitchen Progress

Since we have decided to wait on doing a full remodel of the kitchen, I started at least sprucing up the existing cabinets and walls to make it look a little nicer while we figure out exactly what it is we want to do in here. The simple fact is, kitchens are expensive. So, we want to live in ours for a little while to see exactly what we want to change and how everything flows.

To start with, I fixed up the wall where previous owners had closed in the door to the dining room, which we decided to leave closed off since we don't use that room as a dining room either.

That's where I'm at so far. It's definitely a start. I will move on to painting out the cabinets and the built in hutch as well as changing all the hardware and some decorating!
